I am a 27 year survivor, on meds for 17 years so I speak from experience when I say this. Brilliant video. Great job.
I especially agree with your emphasis on water and diet. It is my personal experience that they are critical. I believe they keep me in balance. I am constantly bathing my system with good clean water and eat the best food I can afford. My quality of life changed dramatically when I gave this my full attention. I feel and look better than I have in years.
Just wanted to share and thanks again.
