While at the XIX International AIDS Conference, Dr. Howard Koh, Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), took the opportunity to talk with Dr. Nils Daulaire, Director of the Office of Global Affairs at  HHS about his role at the Department and some of his take away messages from AIDS 2012.
