Findings: HIV prevalence was higher among Latino MSM who immigrated five or more years ago (23 percent), compared to those who were born in the United States (16 percent) or who immigrated within the past five years (10 percent). Among Latino MSM, HIV prevalence was also associated with increasing age and having an annual income below $20,000. There is a critical window of opportunity for HIV prevention after Latino MSM immigrate to the U.S. Prevention efforts for Latino MSM should prioritize those with low incomes.View Full Article
