We'd like to hear the views of people living with and affected by HIV about criminal laws in a situation where a person living with HIV is accused of not disclosing his or her status or of HIV exposure or transmission. Your answers will help determine the information and advocacy needs regarding this important issue.

This survey is intended for:

• People living with HIV/AIDS
• Partners, spouses, and other family members and friends of people with HIV/AIDS
• Community members affected by HIV/AIDS
• Advocates and others who work in the field of HIV/AIDS

Warning: The survey asks about some sensitive topics including your HIV status and your opinions about HIV disclosure in a variety of sexual and intimate situations. Some people may be offended by these questions. You may prefer not to participate in this case. If you take the survey, you can skip any question that you prefer not to answer.

All answers are anonymous and no identifying information is collected.
