Georgia: May Is Hepatitis Awareness Month

The Institute of Medicine recently reported that almost 5.3 million Americans have chronic hepatitis B or C infection, and most do not know it. CDC's "Know More Hepatitis" campaign, announced in 2011, seeks to encourage more Americans to undergo hepatitis testing.
