U.S. News Louisiana: NO/AIDS Task Force to Open Center on St. Claude AvenueMay 9, 2012 The NO/AIDS Task Force will use a five-year, $1.6 million CDC grant to open an HIV prevention community center at 4005 St. Claude Ave. in New Orleans. Called The Movement, the facility will target black men ages 13-29 who have sex with men. It will provide on- and off-site HIV testing, counseling and referrals, a drop-in safe space, social networking for young MSM, and a Youth Advisory Board that will oversee the development of the center.
