NAACP to Host Forum for Women in Baltimore for HIV Awareness

March 9, 2012

The NAACP will mark National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day Saturday by hosting a public lunch and panel discussion at Coppin State University in Baltimore. Prevention, education, and advocacy among black females will be discussed by panelists including Shavon Arline-Bradley, national NAACP health director; Dr. Thelma Daley, National Women in NAACP director; the Rev. Keron Sadler, national NAACP health manager; and Debby Rock, CEO of Light Health. The forum runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Coppin's Physical Education Complex & Multipurpose Gym, 2523 Gwynns Falls Pkwy. For reservations, visit www.eventbrite.com/event/2867365367.
