February 27, 2012

The World Bank recently committed to $105,178 in funding this year for an HIV/AIDS project launched in Da Nang in 2009. In addition to updating information about current "hot spots" of drug use and sex work, the project will distribute free condoms and clean injection supplies at 31 pharmacy clinic partners and support HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services. The project targets the city districts of Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, Lien Chieu and Son Tra.
