The San Francisco Department of Public Health AIDS Office will hold a special program to mark Tuesday's designation as the 12th National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. A 4:30 p.m. gathering at the Black Coalition on AIDS, 2800 3rd St., will be followed by a candlelight march to the Bayview Opera House, 4705 3rd St. At the opera house, Kenneth Monterio, PhD, dean of ethnic studies at San Francisco State University, will deliver the keynote address.
