California: Cheering That Donation

January 27, 2012

Cheer San Francisco, a cheer and dance squad whose performances raise money for organizations that help those with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening conditions, on Jan. 24 presented a check for $20,000 to the AIDS Emergency Fund. CSF also presented its Community Partner Award to the Until There's a Cure Foundation; the two groups partner with the San Francisco Giants for the annual Until There's a Cure Day at the ballpark, which has raised some $75,000 in donations from fans during the past 10 years.
