Thu., Jan. 19, 2012 at 5:03 pm EST Point 10 is a clear reminder that ignorance accentuates the stigma that HIV sufferers experience. Whenever I have faced HIV discrimination it has been due to poor education, ignorance and arrogance. I accept having to scorn the occasional person I may have the misfortune to meet but a whole state? It is a stain on your country in my opinion.
