Sri Lanka Marks World AIDS Day With Walking Activity
December 13, 2011
Hundreds of people -- including public health officials, students and activists -- marked World AIDS Day by taking part in an awareness walk in the capital, Colombo. The government estimates 3,000 residents are living with HIV; advocates believe the actual figure is significantly higher.
