U.S. News South Florida Events Mark Annual World AIDS DayDecember 1, 2011 Numerous events will mark World AIDS Day in South Florida, culminating with a candlelight service. Comic Margaret Cho will be grand marshal for a 6 p.m. walk beginning at City Hall, 2020 Wilton Dr. in Wilton Manors. A rally follows at 2166 Wilton Dr., featuring an appearance by the Fort Lauderdale Gay Men's Chorus. The 8 p.m. candlelight service is planned at Miami Beach Community Church, 500 Lincoln Rd.
