U.S. News Utah: Free HIV Testing in Provo to Mark World AIDS DayNovember 28, 2011 To mark Thursday's designation as World AIDS Day, the Utah County Health Department is offering free HIV testing this week through Friday. A walk-in clinic will be held 1-4 p.m. Wednesday at the Utah County Health and Justice Building in Provo; the rest of the week, free testing will be available by appointment.
