District of Columbia: Whitman-Walker to Host 25th Annual AIDS Walk Washington

October 25, 2011

The 25th annual AIDS Walk Washington is set for Saturday, Oct. 29. The 5K event benefits Whitman-Walker Health and some 23 community partner organizations. "Please help Whitman-Walker to continue to serve thousands of your neighbors and help to end the AIDS epidemic in our nation's capital," said a statement from former President Bill Clinton, who has signed on as a walk supporter.
