U.S. News New Jersey: HIV Assistance Agencies Will Share $3.7 Million GrantAugust 16, 2011 Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr. (D-Paterson), announced on Aug. 11 that 16 Passaic and Bergen county AIDS service organizations will share $3.7 million in funds from the Ryan White CARE Act. "If you don't treat AIDS cases, it spreads," Pascrell told a dozen people at the Well of Hope, a Paterson nonprofit that offers needle exchange and other services.
