ADAP waiting list consist of the majority being illegal, since ADAP provides medicine to undocumented individuals access to this medicine. This 'crisis' of 'waiting list' is so unfair to the individuals that are US citizens. There are too many US Citizens on the waiting lists because of this. Something should be done because it is not fair that these programs are suppose to be for documented individuals only, especially if there is a significant crisis with funding. One of the ADAP requirements SHOULD BE having a 'valid' social security number'. ADAP and Ryan White are Federal and State Funded, which in turn should be funded to american citizens only.
