U.S. News California: 25 Years of AIDS WalksJuly 22, 2011 The 25th annual AIDS Walk San Francisco attracted an estimated 25,000 walkers to Golden Gate Park on Sunday. The San Francisco AIDS Foundation said the event raised more than $3 million to benefit the foundation and 48 other HIV/AIDS groups in the Bay Area. Judy Kaye, who is currently appearing as Anna Madrigal in the American Conservatory Theatre's world-premiere musical production of Armistead Maupin's "Tales of the City," sang "You'll Never Walk Alone" as participants set out on the 6.2-mile course.
