U.S. News Tennessee: Knox County Health Department Offers Free HIV TestingJune 27, 2011 The Knox County Health Department is using Monday's designation as National HIV Testing Day to remind the public that all its facilities offer free, confidential testing for the virus. The main clinic, 140 Dameron Ave., and West Clinic, 1028 Old Cedar Bluff Rd., are both open Monday-Friday. The Hardy Clinic, 2202 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., is open Tuesdays and Thursdays; Teague Clinic, 405 Dante School Rd., is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
