U.S. News Virginia: Local Agencies to Offer Free Screening for HIVJune 23, 2011 Residents of Norfolk and Virginia Beach will have several opportunities to undergo free HIV screening in conjunction with National HIV Testing Day, June 27. On Friday and Monday, from 9 to 11 a.m., testing will be offered at the Norfolk Public Health Center STD Clinic, 830 Southampton Ave.; telephone 757-683-2767.
