U.S. News Pennsylvania: Free HIV TestingJune 24, 2011 Free, rapid-result oral HIV tests will be administered at Lancaster General Health's Comprehensive Care Medicine on Monday, National HIV Testing Day, from 1 to 5 p.m. In addition, the facility, at 554 N. Duke St., offers free HIV testing every Tuesday from 1 to 5 p.m., and every Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m. Since 2008, when Lancaster General launched its free testing outreach, more than 500 people have been tested annually.
