New York: County to Offer Free HIV Testing at Event

June 22, 2011

In observance of June 27's designation as National HIV Testing Day, the Rockland County Department of Health will offer free, confidential, rapid-result HIV tests from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. No appointment is necessary; tests will be conducted at the Finkelstein Memorial Library, 24 Chestnut St., Spring Valley. For more information, call the department at 845-364-2570, or the state AIDS hotline at 800-541-AIDS (2437).
