U.S. News New York: County to Offer Free HIV Testing at EventJune 22, 2011 In observance of June 27's designation as National HIV Testing Day, the Rockland County Department of Health will offer free, confidential, rapid-result HIV tests from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. No appointment is necessary; tests will be conducted at the Finkelstein Memorial Library, 24 Chestnut St., Spring Valley.
