U.S. News Georgia: Free HIV Testing, Counseling on June 27June 17, 2011 On June 27, National HIV Testing Day, the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness will offer free, confidential HIV testing and counseling at the Mall West End, 850 Oak St., Atlanta. The rapid-result testing will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. At last year's event, more than 400 people took the test.
