These are "Condom Art Pins" from The Condom Project. This group of AIDS educators and activists based in Washington, D.C., is committed to providing current and accurate information about condoms and their role in reducing the risk of contracting and transmitting HIV. The use of condoms as a lifesaving tool is promoted through the ornamentation and distribution of these pins, which they hope will allow open discussion with communities about condom use and crossing religious and social barriers. These pins are from Thailand and Japan.
