Sexo oral y riesgo

Question:

Una chica me realizó una felación sin protección. No tengo ninguna herida ni irritación, por lo que no entró en contacto su saliba con mi sangre, aunque sí que eyaculé en su boca. En el caso que ella estuviese infectada por el HIV, ¿existe riesgo real de que me hubiese infectado? ¿Qué factores tendrían que habverse dado para que el riesgo hubiese sido grande? Gracias

Pierda cuidado, el riesgo en el caso suyo es sumamente bajo por no decir cero. Para que la condición de transmisión ocurriese necesitaria entre otras cosas úlceras orales, pobre higiene de las encías, laceración en su genital.
