He tenido sexo oral con una mujer sin ninguna protección. Eyaculé en su boca. Yo no tenía ninguna herida ni irritación. ¿Ha habido riesgo real, en el caso que ella estuviese infectada por el HIV, de que me hubiese contagiado? ¿Cuales habrían tenido que ser las condiciones para que el riesgo hubiese existido?

Pierda cuidado, el riesgo en el caso suyo es sumamente bajo por no decir cero. Para que la condición de transmisión ocurriese necesitaria entre otras cosas úlceras orales, pobre higiene de las encías, laceración en su genital.
