Queria saber si pueden recomendarme algun link que contemple esta informacion, o quiza pueda responderla el tema es que tengo posibilidad de obtener residencia en los estados unidos, soy de argentina, el tema es que ante mi estado hiv positivo se que niegan la entrada al pais, entonces mis pregutnas son. 1. teniendo una carga viral indetectable el Elisa sale positivo tmabien? 2. En tal caso, que otros estudios de sangre realizan para detectar el hiv 3. Es real que en los aeropuertos deportan a los extrajeros que poseen medicacion antirretroviral Cualquier posibilidad de inmformacion seria buena para mi, ya que tengo una exceletne posibilidad laboral, y tengo miedo de perderla por mi situacion de salud, bueno, muy amables por la informacion

Personalmente no tengo mucha experiencia con las reglas o requisitos del Departamento de Inmigración y Naturalización de los E.U.. Le recomiendo asesoría legal dentro de ésta rama. En cuanto a la pregunta la respuesta es afirmativa; el ELISA mide anticuerpos circulantes por consiguiente estará positivo aún cuando su carga viral esté indetectable. En cuanto a los medicamentos antiretrovirales no creo que sean sometidos a escrutinio de decisión.
