yo le realice sexo oral a una prostituta durante 30 segundos sin proteccion a los 3 meses me realice un elisa que dio negativo quisiera saber el riego que corro de estas infectado ya que tuve diarrea y dolores de panza y estuve sin apetito

Si su prueba de laboratorio ELISA a los 3 meses definitivamente fue negativa entonces es muy poco probable que esté infectado. De todas maneras recuerde la buena práctica de realizar sexo seguro, especialmente con su pareja. Cualquier contacto desconocido sea prostituta o no será riesgoso a considerar.
