2 años con candida

Mi pregunta es la siguiente, es mormal que una candiasis, tratada con, FLUCONAZOL, ANTOTERIDIA Y ABELCET, NO REMITE Y A LOS 8 DIAS MAXIMO ESTOY CON LA GARGANTA Y EL ESOFAGO LLENO DE CANDIDA QUE INCLUSO ME INPIDE TRAGAR. POR FAVOR QUE QUEDA ALGUN REMEDIO POR PROVAR, LE AGRADECERIA QUE ME SACARA DE MI DESESPERACION. por fabor llevo 2 años desesperado con estos dichosos hogos¿ME PUEDE AYUDAR? Gracias.

Su caso no es usual. Si el diagnóstico ha sido hecho apropiadamente entonces la agresividad de dicho hongo es extremadamente alta y resistente. En estos casos usualmente se ha recomendado el tratamiento combinado de Abelcet sistémico con tratamiento combinado vía suspención oral Itraconazole (Sporonox) por aproximadamente 21 días. Existe un medicamento recientemente aprobado para uso comercial de la Compañía Merck, el cual es utilizado para fungemia refractaria el cual pudiese ser una alternativa a considerar. Mi experiencia con dicho medicamento es limitada.
