My husband, Greg, taught me the value of life in the present. Humor got us through many hard times with this disease. I will never find anyone that will fully replace his special depth and character. Frankly, I am not looking. His spirit guides me as I approach my life solo with all its challenges and foibles. I also feel his presence in cheering me on for the good that happens in my life now. On the 4th of July I remembered him as friends and I set off fireworks. It was one of his favorite holidays and he always had a arsenal of fireworks. Our wedding picture sits above the computer as I type. He taught me all the computer stuff, giving me the confidence to keep plugging along. I LOVE YOU GREG - THINKING OF YOU ALWAYS GIVES ME HAPPY THOUGHTS AND HAPPY FEET.
