new meds

Hi, I am a hetro mother of 2 married 12 yrs. I was diagnosed HIV+ when I was pregnant with my son in 92, both my children and my husband are negative. When I was diagnosed I told all of my closest "friends"......I dont hear from them anymore.
Here is my problem, my rock solid t-count viral load and percentage just recently did a major nose dive. I now have AIDS, I am petrified!!! I have been living with Hiv for 12 years and havent told any of my new "friends" because I'm afraid they will leave me. My husband is away working for a couple of months and I just started new meds. I was on zerit and epivir for 8 years, no problems no side effects no illnesses, now they have me on viread, norvir, sustiva, and rayataz, Ive only been taking them for 5 days but I'm sick from them, headache, fatigue, nasea, joint pain,..... has anyone else had these problems with this "cocktail"? It is so hard not having anyone close to talk to about this. This site is a god send.
thank you
Sue
