All of the doctors highly trained in infection diseases or HIV strongly advice serodiscordant couples against relying on the "undetectable" and "on meds" thing to have unsafe sex. Dont forget that we dont master e v e r y t h i n g about this disease. Anything can suddenly cause his viral load to spike and that will put you in trouble waters my dear. Even with an undetectable viral load there can be transmission as undetectable DOES NOT mean 0. It simply means to todays standard "less than 20 copies(Viruses) per ml". I hope you keep in mind that only 1 virus is enough for infection to occur.
