Stand up and become aware

Too many times women have neglected themselves to take care of family . We need to stop putting our health needs last . We shrug things off as being " normal for women " when it isn't. Can we be candid here and truly face what we are learning isn't normal for a woman that is pos? Physical changes from the inside to the outside. For example ....did you know that woman on hiv meds will have a high rate of yeast infections. That ugly discharge isn't normal ladies. Don't let a male doctor tell you it is, it isn't. Let's learn fro each other .
