hello, i am 40yrs old been pos 20yrs on and off meds my husband of 18yrs is neg. we would love to have a baby but i dont know if it is to late for me. i hear so many stories of healthy babies being born. do they have sex with their partner, get the sperm inserted in them or use a turkey baser lololol....please tell what and how is the best way to keep my husband safe . we moved so i found a new dr which i would ask but i know you all can help thank you
