my name is ally i recently was diagnosed hiv positive march 3, 2008. i was really scared and didnt know what to do or think. Im not scared of so much the disease its self anymore. I have a one year old daughter and I am scared of leaving her at a young age, and if i dont then i am scared of how to explain it to her when she gets older. part of the reasons i joined this web site is to find and meet people who are going through treatment and have kids. i would like to know more about how treatments affect you and how others explain or have explained to their kids so I would really appreciate and like to hear what others have to say
