It's really unacceptable when that type of behavior comes from a medical office. I had a dental office call me back after making an appt for hubby , and yes I told them right then , but this receptionist that I found out was there for ages calls back and tells me they aren't equiped to handle him . I know it was a crock of crap , And I was sooo very angry about it. But you know what the shame is on them. I didn't want the exposure that would come with fighting them . I just saw her for what she was , a pathetic idiot.
