New Diagnosis Started Atripla- What is the expected rise in CD4 count?

Hey everyone,
I am new to the boards and being HIV positive. I will tell you a little bit about myself. I am a 25 year old gay male and was infected about 9 months ago and diagnosed 3 months ago. I feel lucky that I caught it so soon, but it has been hard because my boyfriend at the time lied about being tested for HIV at the start of our relationship when I tested negative.
Regardless, I am now infected. My initial lab results were also disheartening. They were: CD4 280, CD4 26%, VL 6700. I had expected my CD4 count to be higher. I started Atripla after all the initial lab work came back and have been on it about a month.
I am curious how others CD4 count responded to Atripla and what I should expect in a CD4 rise? What is everyones experience with Atripla? Good? Bad?
Just a little worried...
