First line hiv regimens

Can anybody tell me what medication combinations are commonly prescribed as a first line therapy that DO NOT include a truvada component.

My doctor dosent want me to take meds with truvada because she believes it is the culprit of my severe vomiting. (which I find true also because now that im off truvada im no longer vomiting) She is recommending Epzicom + Reyataz but did not inform me if there are other options. If anyone knows of other combinations id appreciate some insight..thanks!
