hey Buddy,
don't worry, you're definitely not alone, I just found out 4 days ago too and it was totally unexpected as well. I'm looking at this as a new beginning, a chance to start trying all those things I've wanted to do in the past but never got myself around to doing them. I'm also thinking about joining a group to talk stuff over with and hopefully meet some new friends there. I feel I was given this for a reason and I'm going to try my best to make the most out of it.
