Thanks 'flowers' - I agree, positive thinking and low stress are extremely important. Considering I just found out about my HIV, I've been handling it pretty well so far. Thanks for the advice!
Hi 'kicker': I don't think the anxiety meds are causing the loose stool because I've been on them for quite awhile with no problems ever. When I got sick and landed in the hospital last month with encephalitis is when the loose stool issues started....which is when they also told me I have HIV. I wonder if the stomach issues mean I should start HIV meds..
About the drinking...I'll keep it to a minimum. I just want to know that I'm not going to die or anything serious from occasionaly drinking too much just because I also have HIV. Scary thought.
