Hi there...i know what you are going through but i have a friend who hasn't started medication and he is positive n has been since 2006. So do not stress. i found out about a year ago that am positive as well and i got very stressed and stared looking and researching all sorts of stuff...then i got thrush all the time but when i started accepting the reality, my mind started to settle and stress was gone...so BIG ADVICE...watch what you think if you are healthy in your mind then everything will be okay. Since i realized that i hardly get infections esp thrush. Your diet is also a big plus...Eat healthy and see results...i had lost alot of weight thinking am going to die...i can send u a picture of who i am now and u will not believe, and please note i have not started medications yet.
I drink occasionally but my friend who has been sick for long has stopped for good and he looks very healthy so i think the best thing is to stop drinking gradually.
