I am very scared

Hi i am 17 years old and I have unprotected sex with a female about 5 months ago. I have had 3 test done for hiv one at 3 another at 31/2 and the other at 4. I used to drink and smoke and i dont know her status. Is there anything i can do so if i have it to show up postive on a test. Also what is the percent of people that show up within 3 months. Does my age or anything affect my status.
