A couple months ago i noticed a dark little pinprick on the outline of my lips. I scratched it on accident, and a slightly larger brown skin discoloration has been left. More little dark pinpricks have showed up on the outline of my mouth. They are hardly noticable, but its been over four months and they arn't going away. Are these just blackheads? I noticed a friend of mine had the same little pricks in the same place on her lips as well. Weve kissed the same guy once, did we get some thing from him, and what is it?
