Just A Quick Moral Question.

Im a heterosexual 20 year old and I have only had one sexual partner in my life. My exposure was relatively safe, because my parter only had one sexual parter in her past(they were both virgins in a long term monagamous relationship). I truly don't believe I have anything, but I promise my new girlfriends that before we engage in sex, I would get tested for their safety. Am I doing the right thing?
