really terrified.

Hi, I am a 24 year old male and wondering if anyone out there has any advice. I pricked my thumb on a discarded needle like ten years ago and now I think I am done for. Ihave not tested, am terrified. Have whitish toungue and now notice eye floaaters in one eye. Please if anyone has had a scare like this and had either good or bad tests please respond; I could use advice
