Worried sick. please help

About 2 weeks ago, I gave oral sex to a prostitute.
I came home and discovered I had a mouth ulcer.
Being worried sick, I called the place where she "works" and the woman told me there was nothing to worry about and that the girls are tested for AIDS/HIV. Also, the prostitute uses a condom for both oral and regular sex ALWAYS. She doesn't kiss or do anal.
That put my mind at ease until Saturday (10 day later) when I noticed three brownish marks near my nose and some on my hand.
I've never had sex before. Could I get Karposi Syndorme already (a mere ten days later!). I've been depressed for the past fortnight.
I've felt no other symptoms. What could the marks on my face and hands be?
