I found out a friend has it

I just found out my friend has HIV and I'm scared that I may lose her not physiclally but mentally. Shes so distant. I have no clue on what to tell her. I'm, so afaid i may say the wrong thing. Please someone help. I'm only 15 and shes 16. All she told me was that she was hiv positive anbd doesn't really want to talk about it. Please help.
