Hi. I'm new to this forum so please bear with me. I have to figure out a solution to a problem. My father and step-mother have been HIV + for fourteen years and they are not willing to tell my half sister about their disease. I am not even supposed to know but I found out on accident and when confronted them about it-they admitted it. Now, my half sister is 14 years old and negative. They tell her lies to get her tested and she's been raised her eniter life knowing not to go anywhere near anyone who is bleeding and not to share razors or toothbrushes. Now with her being raised like that-should I forgo my fathers wishes to let her be a "Normal" teenager with out this knowledge or should I tell her? Please I want to hear from people in her age group considering I'm really not allowed to talk to anyone about this.
