Discussing HIV and AIDS openly through the arts

I would like to encourage each of you to check out the TABOO (Take Art, Be Open Often) Photo Campaign run by Youth, the Arts, HIV & AIDS Network (www.yahanet.org) — an interactive online forum, gallery, and resource centre for arts-based awareness around the world.

During the month of December, 33 inspiring images of the activities of various youth-led/youth-involved initiatives around the world that use many different art forms to raise awareness about HIV&AIDS, to educate for prevention, to address stigma and gender issues, etc. I hope that you will consider taking the time to share your experiences, ideas, current efforts, and more below a photo (or many photos!) that inspire you.

Go break some TABOOS!
